who really taught you what beauty is supposed to look like?

Because if I’m being real…
a lot of what we believe about ourselves
didn’t even start with us.

It’s what we see every day.
Social media… other people’s lives…

And you don’t even realize it,
but you start comparing.
Picking yourself apart a little.
Questioning if you’re enough.

I’ve been there too.

But pause for a second…

who said that was even the standard?

Because everything you take in
is either building your confidence…
or slowly tearing it down.

So just think about it…

what do you need to filter out?
what do you need to stop feeding your mind?
what do you need to relearn about yourself?

Because maybe it’s not that you need to become more…

maybe you just need to see yourself differently.
