Introducing our new 2024 oversized Clutch Cover for KTM, Husky and Gas Gas 50cc motorcycles.
This cover will give you 14 ounces of fluid capacity for your factory clutch and a full pint (16 oz) using our Intuitive Racing 3 or 4 disc clutch. Our clutch cover is made from billet aluminum and will help keep your bike from overheating.

Ever wonder what is going on inside behind your clutch cover? This is our acrylic testing prototype for our new clutch cover coming soon. This cover will allow a full pint (16oz) (473ml) of clutch lubricant to keep your bike as cool as possible.
This is for the 2024-25 KTM, Husky and Gas Gas 50cc motorcycle.

The new 2024 KTM 50cc bikes are rumored to have more horsepower. Additionally, most 50cc racing outside of the U.S. doesn't have the HP restrictions the U.S. sanctions. Therefore we are introducing our new 4 disc racing clutch!

The basket and drive hub will be lighter than the Triple Grip to keep the extra weight down. This will help those modified engines excel to their highest potential!

The 4 Disc clutch should be available by early 2024!
