Just have to give a shout out to all of the “Shae’s Fitness Kickboxing and Bootcamp” ladies who participated in the St Anthony’s 5k again this year. You all represented our group so well, and you make me so proud! I am thankful for such a hard working, dedicated group of ladies to call my clients, but most of all call my friends! Top team again this year!! You rock!💪💪💪

We had to move bootcamp indoors this morning because of the snow covered track, but we had a full class for bootcamp and kickboxing! We even got in a run in after classes! Way to work hard on a Saturday morning!! 💪💪
