When you step onto the field you have to believe you will score. If you don’t first create that feeling in your mind and body before the game comes it’s harder to score when it matters most.

Secondly, you have to prepare to the best of your ability on and off the field.

My athletes show up week in and week out building their ability to score more goals now it’s about them believing that the work will produce the results.
