Elite Combat Fitness offers BJJ, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Kickboxing, Wrestling, and Conditioning Classes. BRAULIO CUEVAS-BJJ "Soca" Black Belt
Brazilian Ju-Jitsu a Martial Art taught by Alexander Soca Black Belt Professor Braulio Cuevas. You will learn tactical grappling techniques from one of the best in the sport today. CHRISTIAN DEFIRIS- PKF NY State Undefeated MMA, PKF NY State Kickboxing, PKF

East Coast Kickboxing, PKF NY State Muay Thai and, PKF NY State Grappling Champion, All State Wrestler, and most recently an NYS PKF Sport Jiu- Jitsu MMA Champion
Mixed Martial Arts/Wrestling/Conditioning, instructed by the undefeated Christian Defiris, a collegiate level wrestler as well as a decorated blue belt in Brazilian Ju-Jitsu. Women's Classes, also instructed by Christian, classes range from female fighter preparation to simple and fun body sculpting and cardio classes. All experience and skill levels are welcome.
