Get moving, build confidence, and discover the fun of pickleball at the Friedberg JCC!

Our NEW four-week Pickleball for Parkinson’s program offers participants the opportunity to learn the basics of the game in a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment.

Led by instructor Don, each session focuses on developing skills, encouraging movement, and building confidence at a comfortable pace.

A new fitness special is available starting TOMORROW! 🍂💪

Ready to shake up your routine? Our Fall Into Fitness Personal Training Special starts tomorrow, October 15, with special pricing on six-session packages designed to help you stay motivated and moving this season.

Choose from:
6 x 30-minute sessions — $210
6 x 45-minute sessions — $275
6 x 60-minute sessions — $325
6 Buddy Training sessions — $165 per person

The special runs through November 30, with a two-package limit per client.
