Focus Fitness is based on these 7 principles: MOTIVATION, EDUCATION, DEDICATION, SWEAT, CONSISTENCY, PERSEVERANCE, RECOVERY. Services include the following:

* Hour-long training session
* Cool down an

d stretch at the end of the session
* Before-and-after pictures to follow your progress
* In depth health questionnaire
* Body Measurements (if desired)
* Body Analysis
* Nutrition Assessment
* Fitness Assessment

Whether you want to lose/gain weight, tone, gain strength, flexibility, or desire for sports specific training, Focus Fitness concentrates on you and your desired goals. I work to keep you focused on accomplishing your overall goals.
