OTX Tactics Vehicle Extraction workshop in Rancho Cucamonga, CA was a success!✅ Officers from all over Southern California representing 6 different agencies came out to learn team tactics to safely and effectively remove a uncooperative subject from a vehicle 🚘👮🏽
