When your childhood friends come to visit, you float around the creek on the Mega SUP—and some random guy runs over, takes your picture, and disappears. 😂

We talked about it afterward: “Who the heck was that guy?”

Last night, I returned to OPC after the Tide Ride and found a guy wandering around. I told him we were closed and the area was for members only. He said, “I know the owner.”

I said, “That’s me.” 😂

Then he looked at me and said, “Wait—I have a picture of you!”

PLOT TWIST: It was the mystery photographer! We ended up talking for over an hour, and he finally sent me the picture. Mystery solved! 📸

Here are the daily conditions for Wednesday, September 2, at Oceanport Paddle Club! 🌊

High tide is at 2:20 PM, and low tide is at 9:15 PM. We have an east-northeast wind at 10–12 mph, which is why today’s Tide Ride had to be canceled—the paddle to Sea Bright would have been too difficult.

However, it’s still great for local paddling! Put in a little work heading into the wind, then enjoy a smooth sail back home. Temperatures are around 75°, with a UV index of 2.

Apparently, I’m “getting a belly.” 😂 Thanks for the concern, fitness experts.

Yes, I started my bulk in mid-July. I deliberately increased my calories, seriously amped up my protein, and went from south of 210 pounds to north of 235. A little extra around the waist comes with the territory when you’re trying to add serious size.

Come mid-September, I’m starting a 90-day bulk and strength split. If you want to gain muscle, build strength, and then lean everything out, follow along completely FREE. Comment BULK below and I’ll send you the details.
