SSYC Junior Sailing Program SSYC's Junior Sailing Program in Oceanport, NJ is a great summer opportunity for children 5 -15 years old to learn to sail or improve their sailing skills.

At the Shrewsbury Sailing & Yacht Club we pride ourselves on quality sailing instruction. For over fifty years, we have been teaching children to enjoy this lifelong sport. Our goal is to teach your beginner sailor the fundamentals of sailing and to have an enjoyable experience for the summer. At the same time, those with more experience can benefit from our extremely experienced staff, both in ad

vanced sailing and racing. If your child has never sailed before, we will make their first experience enjoyable and safe. If your child is a competitive racing sailor, we will challenge them to improve. If your child is somewhere in between, we have a place for them. SSYC's Junior Program is run by volunteers and the Junior Program is dependent on the efforts of our parent volunteers.
