If you were ever considering trying out personal training, now would be a great time! While we are hardly ever crowded, as we head into the dog days of summer you can train in a great private setting with top notch equipment.

We are also still accepting general memberships at this time as well. While we are not excessively expensive we certainly don’t try and compete on price with bigger clubs that have thousands of members. But we think you will find that it is well worth any price difference especially on the days where life may have gotten hectic and you appreciate the private club. We are 100% transparent with our billing and play zero games with hidden fees or locking you into months.
