Back by popular demand!!! Aerobic Kickboxing is starting up again April 1st and no it's not a joke. Come on out to Bowman Systems MMA for a butt kicking workout without actually getting your butt kicked. This is a no contact, aerobic workout that will target your cardio, strength, and flexibility all while having fun and getting your sweat on!! If you remember (and loved) Noel Bowman's class from World Gym, THIS IS IT!!!! Space is limited so please call or text ahead to claim your spot. All the details are below in the poster!!
