This week, Matthew claimed his first collegiate golf tournament victory at the Bobcat Invitationall! ⛳️ From dominating the fairways at Greyhound to now shining on the college stage—your hard work and dedication are paying off big time!

What a day! South Team didn’t have the outcome they wanted but the All Star Championship was an absolute blast from the four ball play, match play, great food, life long friendships from all over the state!
🏆and if the day couldn’t get any better…. Manny Stevens (Sr) was awarded All Star South State MVP! Well deserved! We are very proud of you Manny!

🚨 HUGE PROPS TO OUR BOYS GOLF TEAM! 🏌️‍♂️🔥
They battled it out and brought home a STRONG 4TH PLACE at the 7A State Championship! 💪

Shoutout to our top finishers:
🥉 Jaxon Beck (Jr) – 5th Place
🥉 Manny Stevens (Sr) – 7th Place

And a massive thank you to our seniors Owen Hughes, Scott Davis and Manny Stevens - this was their LAST TOURNAMENT as a Greyhound and they left it all on the course! 🐐❤️

Couldn’t have done it without Ben Charlton (Jr) and Rhett Williamson (Fr) – both played AMAZING and helped carry the team to the podium! 🙌

🌟Special shoutout to Mackenzie Smith (Jr) for her thrilling hole-to-hole battle with Northwest Rankin’s Natalie Bryant, finishing an impressive 2nd place! 👏
😢A bittersweet moment as we celebrate our seniors, Grace Baker, Pyper Terry, and Sophia Melnik, who played their final tournament with heart and pride!

What an incredible week for our Greyhound Golf teams! Both the Boys and Girls teams clinched the Class 7A Region 4 Championships! 🎉

Boys Team Highlights:
• 🥇 Manny Stevens (Sr) battled through a FOUR-HOLE playoff to secure 1st place!
• 🏅 Rhett Williamson (Fr) finished strong in 4th place.
• 🔥 Jaxon Beck (Jr), Benjamin Charlton (Jr), and Scott Davis (Sr) and Owen Hughes (Sr) all landed in the Top 9!

Girls Team Highlights:
• 🥈 Mackenzie Smith (Jr) took 2nd place.
• 🏅 Grace Baker (Sr) earned 4th place.
• 💪 Sophia Melnik (Sr) finished in 7th.
