It’s been a minute hasn’t it! We’re back and thrilled about it! Last night’s kickoff at our Ocean Isle Beach Town Park Pavilion was exciting, energetic, exhilarating and exquisite!

Please join us on Tuesdays at 7pm for Zumba, and on Fridays at 7:45am also for Zumba, and on Fridays at 8:45am for 202020 which is a cardio, sculpt and core class! Light weights for Zumba and 202020 are recommended, and a mat for 202020 as well! All of my classes at $5 cash or Venmo.

As there have already been requests to bring Hoop It Up! to the Island, and I’d love to circle back to that (!), we’ll see if that’s a possibility!

Thank you immensely to Town Hall for this opportunity to contribute to the health and well being of our fabulous community!

Well guys it’s been forever since I posted anything. Classes in Calabash NC were booming! And then COVID came along. And then my house burned down along with 5 others on my street. And everything I owned was in there, including over 200 hoops. So here I sit - homeless with no hoops.
We’ll rebuild! It’ll take time, but we’ll get back on track as soon as we possibly can! Stay tuned!

Hi Everyone! We’ve finally landed! After exploring and trying venues that just weren’t large enough for all of us and our hoops, we’re ON for 9AM Friday’s at the new Senior Center of Calabash! Classes begin Friday, January 11th, 2019! I’ve got plenty of hoops for everyone to use so please come on out and give it a try! No experience necessary, and NO floor work!
