⛵ OCYC SAILOR & INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT — CONNOR BECKMAN ⛵

Connor Beckman not only represented OCYC proudly in the ILCA Radial fleet this season, but he also stepped into a new role as a first-year Junior Sailing instructor.

Connor’s sailing knowledge, patience, and kindness made him a natural instructor. He was always willing to help, always encouraging our younger sailors, and always focused on keeping them safe while helping them build confidence on the water.

Connor leads by example—whether he’s competing at a regatta or working with our youngest sailors. We’re incredibly proud of everything he accomplished this season and grateful for the positive impact he made on the OCYC Junior Sailing Program.

Great season, Connor! Keep sailing fast! ⛵💨
