Owner/Operator and USCG Captain Pat Svehla has been fishing these waters since 1987. The Grandé Pez is a 53-foot Ocean Yacht that cruises comfortably at 28 knots. We can get you to most of the offshore fishing grounds in 2 to 3 hours. All new, professionally rigged tackle, rods and reels for any type of sport fishing. Bent Butt 80s with Shimano 2 speed reels (4), Strait Butt 50s with Shimano 2 speed reels (2), Strait Butt 30s with Penn Int’l 30 wides (2), Strait Butt 20-30lb class rods with Shimano TLD 25s (10), 20lb. Fully equipped with plenty of refrigeration, huge fish box, freezers, 2 full heads, full galley, large comfortable salon, Sirius radio, TV/DVD and full life raft. We specialize in Ocean City Tournament Fishing. We promise to provide you a comfortable, hands-on fishing experience.

Great 2 days of fishing on the GP! Wednesday we caught 9 very nice Yellowfins. Biggest 64 pounds and Thursday we caught 6 solid Yellowfins, again our biggest 64pounds. Back to the dock early both days:) The fish are here! Let’s go!!

Very salty today but managed a good day on the Grande Pez! Day 2 of the WMO and we are in the hunt. 8 white marlin and 4 tuna in 2 days. One tuna has qualified. Congratulations to Jon Duffie, Billfisher and Duffie Boatworks for their qualifying WM today! 1 more day left for us.

Another great day in the books for the Grande’ Pez! Some rough seas didn’t stop the new 58 Shearline from making the fishing grounds. Russell Parks and crew reeled in 7 yellowfins and managed the rough seas like champs. Another happy charter and successful day aboard the Pez! And Mr. Evans!!
