I surfed last night in the red tide. Paddling and surfing and laying in the bioluminescence was amazing.

Surfing is legal now now most beaches in a San Diego County and by Friday it will be allowed everywhere.

Weather is perfect, water is starting to warm up, and a nice swell is coming in for the weekend.

Who is surfing? Who wants to surf? I got out for 2 hours yesterday and it was magical.

We had our first LBGT surf meet up today! One beginner got stoked on some of his first waves.

Welcome to SD LBGT Surf page! We hope to bring together q***r surfers and develop a strong community. The surfing community hasn't always been an ally to LBGT world and I feel it is important to bring an awareness that there are many gay surfers out there.

We also hope to develop friendships and more surfers. We are looking forward to having meetups with people who can surf, but also meetups where people with no surf skills can come and learn.
