As much as I’m loving this spontaneous social media vacay, I sincerely miss all of you and the socials can bring to the table.

I got so caught up and overwhelmed trying to accommodate all angles of the virtual game in order to grow my account that I nearly had a mental breakdown.

I decided to take a break, re-focus, and re-ground myself spiritually.

More will be revealed and the universe will continue to and those who welcome it. Perspective is everything🔑

Ive been deep in these books for a few months now getting my ISSA “Master Trainer Certification” and it has honestly been so much more fun and interesting than initially perceived 💯

There is no end to learning about the Science of the Human Body and how to produce particular results for individual situations❗️

I couldn’t be more excited for the future and the live’s I’ll impact along this journey 🙌🏼 (not to mention my current clients) who ROCK 🤩
