What an incredible practice we had tonight! 16 kids and 7 adults on the mats tonight. You guys constantly amaze us with your support.

The kids got to learn a new hold down technique called Kamishiho Gatame, the top four corner hold down, then Kesa Gatame, the scarf hold; and we had some good newaza randori and finished up with a round of judo freeze tag.

For adult class, we practiced Morote Seio Nage, the shoulder throw, then Uki Goshi, floating hip. Followed by a few rounds of standing randori.
