Labor Day with the crew. 🇺🇸

It was tough. But working hard every day is made up of decisions.

Wake up or sleep in?
Invest in my longevity or choose short-term comfort?
Do the workout solo or partner up?
RX or scale down?
Keep pushing or give up?

Labor Day is a reminder to honor the people whose effort, dedication, and hard work have helped build our communities and our country.

And honestly? A tough workout isn’t all that different.

You show up. You put in the work. You make decisions when it gets uncomfortable. You learn that progress doesn’t come from avoiding the hard things—it comes from choosing to keep going.

Today, we worked hard together. We encouraged each other. We finished together.

Effort over fear. 💪

🔥 EVERY MONTH IN THE JUNGLE, WE CHALLENGE OURSELVES.

Our monthly challenges vary — sometimes it’s attendance, movement reps, bringing in friends, or simply finding a way to push yourself a little further.

August gave us Farmer Carries. And for some reason… this one brought the FIGHT out of our community.💪🏽

The effort was undeniable, the competition was real, and when it was all said and done…

WE ENDED IN A TIE. 👀🔥

Check out our 5:30 AM crew closing out their August challenge. Because apparently 5:30 AM wasn’t early enough… we also needed to carry heavy things around.
