Pitching can feel like a multiple-choice question sometimes:

A) Speed
B) Command
C) Confidence

But this one shouldn’t be difficult.

D) ALL OF THE ABOVE.

A complete pitcher needs all three.

âš¡ Speed gives you a weapon.

🎯 Command gives you the ability to use that weapon.

🔥 Confidence gives you the courage to trust it when the game gets tight.

Because speed without command can become wasted velocity.

Command without confidence can disappear when the pressure rises.

And confidence without the work behind it only goes so far.

The goal isn’t to become a pitcher who does one thing well.

The goal is to become a pitcher who can throw hard, locate pitches, and step into the circle believing she can get anyone out.

Speed gets attention.
Command gets outs.
Confidence lets you use both when it matters most.

And none of those are built in just one lesson a week.

What you do between lessons is where the pitcher gets built. 🥎
