Cuong Nhu Founder, Grandmaster Ngo Dong, (1937-2000) began martial arts trai

ning as a boy. Through the years he combined the best of the styles he practiced. Sensei Dong blended the principles and technique of both the hard and soft disciplines, creating Cuong Nhu. Grandmaster Dong founded Cuong Nhu in 1965 in Vietnam, and brought the style to the United States in 1971. His ideals continue in the styles development from Gainesville, FL where he was a Ph.D. at the University of Florida. Today the Cuong Nhu Oriental Martial Arts Association is an international nonprofit organization with thousands of students. As a martial arts style, it is much more than a form of fighting; it is a way to search for a better way of life through personal development. Since its inception in 1971, Cuong Nhu has grown to establish dojos in 37 states and 5 countries. HOURS:
