Central Florida Marlins Swim Club

After Coach Vargo's Retirement Party last night, it seems fitting to send this somewhat final post. Although the Marlins Swim Club has closed it's pool deck after 40 years, we will forever be a swim family! This was evident last night in what seemed to be a Marlin reunion. Thank you to all the swimmers and families who allowed the Marlins Swim Club to be a part of your lives over the years. Words can not express how thankful we are to have had such supportive and caring families! Finally, the deepest appreciation and thank you to every Marlin coach who gave their time, talent and love of the sport to each Marlin swimmer and their families. Without you there would not have been a Marlin Swim Club!

We will keep this page open for a way to still keep in touch. We want to hear about your achievements both in and out of the pool, ups and downs, your life events, etc!

This will always be your Marlin Swim Family!

MARLIN PARENTS - MONDAY NEWS - NOV. 29, 2021

1. PIZZA PARTY TOMORROW - Will have after each practice groups

2. CHRISTMAS PARTY - Thursday, Dec. 16 - 6:00 - 7:30pm
Information coming your way this week

3. NO PRACTICE - Monday, December 6 for Gold, Age Group 1, Age Group 2, 3, PrSr & Sr 1 Groups

4. 2022 USA REGISTRATION FEE ( $ 85 ) - Will be on your December invoice. Must be paid by January 1, 2022 to continue swimming. THIS ONLY APPLIES TO SWIMMERS THAT WERE SWIMMING BEFORE AUGUST 1, 2021
**** If you have a credit card on file, the fee will be deducted on December 30 ****

5. LAST PRACTICE - Wednesday, December 15 - For MM, Gold
Age Group 1, 2, 3 & Senior 1

6. CHRISTMAS TRAINING - FOR AGE GROUP 1, 2 & SR 1 SWIMMERS - We will be offering a Christmas Training practice December 27 - 31. Information will be mailed next week.

1. HEAT SHEET AD'S - Are due by Thursday, Sept. 30

2. WORK AREA'S - Here are the open slots:
Saturday AM Session - 1
Saturday PM Session - 5
Sunday AM Session - 7
Sunday PM Session - 11
**** You have until Thursday, Sept 30 to sign up for a work area. After Sept. 30 any families not signed up will be assigned an area.
