I'm not going to lie I am pretty excited about Team Beachbody's newest feature that opened up today! Beachbody on Demand. With the membership you get access to 11 full programs and sneak peak workouts of 8 other programs. The fitness programs available to stream under the Member Library section currently include: P90X, P90X2, P90X3, Insanity, TurboFire, Brazil Butt Lift, Ten Minute Trainer, ChaLEAN Extreme, Insanity: The Asylum Vol 1, Tony One-on-One (vol 1), and Hip Hop Abs. They are also going to be adding workouts each month. You would be able to access these workouts from anywhere you have internet! I can get you more info if you are interested

Regret hurts more than Change. If you continue doing what got you unfit and out of shape you will stay that way. If you change the way you do things you will see changes. Don't be afraid to ask for help and make that change that is necessary.
