Assistant Trainer Opportunity – Las Vegas, NV

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Trainer to join our Hunter/Jumper program in exciting Las Vegas, Nevada!

This is a full-time position that includes housing and offers room for advancement for the right individual.

The ideal candidate will be a team player who is comfortable:

* Riding a variety of horses
* Teaching riders of all levels
* Assisting with office and administrative duties

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for horses and the sport. The right candidate will be eager to learn, grow professionally, and contribute to a successful, team-oriented program.

We are looking to add to our growing team and our barn family!

A very organized Hunter, Jumper, Equitation and Sales Stable is seeking a reliable, hard working assistant or working student with high standards for horse care and barn management, for the 2025 Winter Circuit.

You would be responsible for helping the trainer/rider with stable and horse show managment, client relations, flatting horses, show ring managment, prepping horses for the show ring, and some lite grooming/ barn chores between multiple stables/multiple horse shows in Ocala.
Schooling, teaching and showing could be an opportunity, for the right candidate.

For the working student, we are willing to teach you the ropes if you’re willing to dedicate the time. We have room for one personal horse.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the business, improve your riding/ teaching skills and to be mentored while earning money.

**For all candidates, this could turn into a year round position with opportunities for growth**
