Happy Fathers Day to all the dads out there! Ladies I wish you could take a glimpse into a man’s head to understand everything on a daily basis we go through, are thinking about, preparing for, planning for……to fix, to protect, to provide, to make sure there is shelter, to teach, to grow, to shield, to talk too, to listen, to watch, to be patient, to grow ourselves and squeeze a little man time in for ourselves! Cheers to dads who know what I am talking about and I hope you are appreciated today. Give yourselves a pat on the back because sometimes we don’t come up enough for air to see it.

Gymsgiving 2025 went off with out a hitch again!!! Great turn out and very thankful for the community we have built. Best in the business and uncontested! Thankful beyond words. To each an everyone of you as athletes, clients, and coaches! Thank you , Happy Thanksgiving. And in all the hustle this year and work that goes into your family gatherings….take a deep breath and truly be THANKFUL!

Wow! Time flies when you are grinding! 4 years of steady growth, an amazing community, amazing athletes and unbelievable friends. I chased this dream for a along time and couldn’t have done it with soooo many. The people who believed in me, supported me, helped me, followed me and grew with me.
