Founded in 1994, the first Philadelphia Rock Gym was built by two college friends (Matt & Greg) who had a vision-to bring their passion and enthusiasm for climbing back to their hometown and to make a living doing what they loved. By taking the novel step of bringing climbing inside, they became one of the first indoor climbing centers in the US.

• Thanksgiving Day (11/26): Closed
• Black Friday (11/27): 8am–10pm
• Christmas Eve (12/24): 9am–5pm
• Christmas Day (12/25): Closed
• New Year’s Eve (12/31): 9am–5pm
• New Year’s Day (1/1): 8am–10pm

Our Back to School Climbing Membership Sale runs through September 11, which means students and kids can still join with a $0 JOIN FEE (regularly $49) + pro-rated dues.

Start the school year with more climbing, more movement and more time doing something you actually look forward to. 🙌

Stop by your local PRG before September 11 to join!
