Congrats to former Minuteman (under John Gevard) Vinny Borgesi, who signed with the Toronto Maple Leafs on March 17!

Vinny captained Division I Northeastern and led the NCAA in ice time in his junior and senior seasons (averages of 28 minutes, 4 seconds in 2024-25 and 27:11 in 2025-26).

Being a role model like this wasn’t always Vinny Borgesi’s goal. But “it’s an honor to be that guy” after the defenseman signed an entry-level deal with the Toronto Maple Leafs in March.
