Q: Who is Get Race Ready for?
A: Get Race Ready is for anyone looking to improve endurance, build strength, and train like an athlete. Whether you’re preparing for a HYROX-style event or just want a new fitness challenge, this program is designed for all fitness levels.
Q: Do you need HYROX experience to join?
A: No experience is needed. Workouts are scalable for beginners and still challenging for experienced athletes, with coaching every step of the way.
Q: How will this improve endurance and strength together?
A: This hybrid-style program combines strength training with conditioning in the same workout. You’ll build power, stamina, and overall work capacity through functional movements and endurance-based circuits.
Q: What should someone expect during a class?
A: Expect high-energy, coach-led workouts with strength work, conditioning, mobility, and functional training stations. Every class is designed to challenge you while keeping the environment supportive and motivating.
Q: How do you help people push past mental limits?
A: A big focus of this program is building mental toughness and confidence. We help participants stay focused, push through challenges, and realize they’re capable of more than they think.
Q: What kind of results can participants expect after 6 weeks?
A: Participants can expect improved endurance, strength, conditioning, and confidence. With performance testing in Week 1 and Week 6, you’ll be able to clearly see your progress.
