Please give a proper congrats to Minh, Alva, Martin, and Coach Karen, who all chose this grueling 3-day qualifier event as their first ever competition! Their gutsy performance inspired us all throughout weekend ❤️💪🏼
And to Coach Zach, in only his 2nd ever individual qualifier comp, podiumed a 3rd place finish against a highly competitive 35-39 masters group! Please make sure to embarrass him with congrats when he coaches this week ☺️🙌🏼

Coach James & Zach swinging into Competition Week like….

If you catch either of them in class today or tomorrow, wish them the best of luck, as both will be competing at the down in San Diego this Thursday through Sunday.
This will be Zach’s first individual qualifying competition and James first in over 2 years.
We will update everyone with the Event details, heat times, and links to stream everything live… So you can now watch the coaches suffer through some workouts for a change 😜💪🏼😅
