The Fairy Fantasy is a 4-week fairy-themed Pole Heels Choreography Showcase Series where you’ll learn a dreamy, captivating group piece filled with:

-Flowy pole choreography
-Heels technique
-Sensual movement
-Beautiful shapes
-Fairy-inspired storytelling

Students will have the opportunity to perform together as The Fairy Fantasy at our 2nd Year Anniversary Showcase + Halloween Party on Nov 1! 🎃👻

Performance is optional — you’re welcome to join the series just to learn the choreography and live your fairy fantasy. 🪽

This all-levels flexibility class combines strengthening exercises with active stretching to help improve your range of motion, control, and ease in movement. We’ll use props for tissue prep, muscular engagement, and mobility work to build flexibility in a safe and sustainable way.

No prerequisites needed — whether you’re just starting your flexibility journey or looking to deepen your existing practice, all levels are welcome!

In this class, you’ll work on:
