Friday Fives sold out FAST last year, so start getting your teams together! There’s nothing like Friday night soccer in the winter 🙌⚽️

🔥 40 minutes of nonstop 5v5 play

What’s happening at Neon this fall?

Birthday Parties:
Available any day the facility is open! Enjoy an hour of games of your choice on the turf, followed by food, snacks and more fun in the lounge. There’s no birthday party like a Neon birthday party!

⚽️ Boys Training & Open Play:
Coach Chase, our head boys trainer, will be running training sessions and open play for boys in 3rd–5th grade.

Speed Training with Coach Mike:
Our brand-new five-week program focuses on helping athletes become faster and improve their performance in any sport!

J.GIO Girls Programs:
J.GIO offers girls skills training, strength training and open play. Follow J.GIO for all program information!

Field Day Camps:
We run camps throughout the year, with our next one coming up on Yom Kippur! The perfect option when the kids are off from school.

FLX Yoga:
Lauren is back with yoga sessions designed specifically for athletes, focusing on flexibility, mobility and recovery.

We built Neon for the kids—a safe, fun, uplifting and positive environment where athletes can train, grow and enjoy being active. Come experience everything Neon Energy has to offer right here in Oakland!

A HUGE thank you to all the teams who participated in our Summer League!

Five weeks of 40-minute nonstop games, tons of touches on the ball, great competition, and even better energy. These five weeks absolutely FLEW by!

🏆 Congrats to our Summer League Champions:

⚽️ 4th–5th Grade: Team Raiders
⚽️ Senior Bracket: Team Queens

We loved watching all of the teams compete, improve, and support each other each week!
