Shereel here and I am excited to announce that I will be one of the instructors at the upcoming event "Herbs, Qigong & Hula", Saturday, August 24, 9 am to 4 pm at Reinhart Redwood Regional Park in Oakland organized by the Deep Root Center for Spiritual Studies. This event is close to my heart, and I am looking forward to sharing my personal journey and connection to Herbs, Qigong & Hula.

My interest in this event stems from a few things: my love for natural spaces, particularly the beautiful Redwood Forest Parks in the Bay Area, which are my happy place, and my passion for herbal medicine and plants. I also find great joy in doing qigong outdoors, especially in the Redwoods. While doing qigong indoors is wonderful, being outside under the sun, surrounded by trees, and feeling the wind is incredibly powerful and healing.

We invite you to join us for a day of transformative experiences, including qigong practice, plant exploration, medicine crafting, and hula sessions guided by two exceptional facilitators.
