We’re proud to host “Cultivating Healthy Communication with Your Child,” a special workshop designed to support parents of toddlers, elementary-age kids, and teens.
Because raising children is beautiful… and it’s hard. And you deserve tools, support, and a community that has your back.

This Thanksgiving season, we’re coming together to support our Oakland community — because fitness isn’t just about the body, it’s about the heart too.

We’re collecting canned + non-perishable foods to help local families who need a little extra love this holiday. If you’re coming in for class or a workout, please bring a can (or a few!) and drop it in our donation bin. Every item makes a difference. 🙏🏾
