REMINDER: Youth BJJ promotions are Wednesday June 3rd! Youth under 18 that have been doing NoGi at 6pm should wear their Gi that day!

SATURDAY: June 6th Vicente Junior will be doing a seminar at 9am! We also have a promotion or two to catch up on at the end. Message me for details if you haven’t gotten them at the gym.

Good day on the mats and in the ring for some of our ladies!
Jen brought home a hard fought 🥉 at the IBJJF Atlanta winter open in Georgia and Alaina brings home a 3rd round TKO via head kick in Maryland.

These are two of the toughest and most focused young women that I know. Great job 👏
