We had the best time this weekend with our friends York County Barbell 🏋🏼‍♀️

They spent three hours with us talking all things Olympic Lifting! So much was learned and we had so much fun lifting the weights and working on our technique under watchful eyes 👀 😌

She’s upside down!!! 🥳🙌
Kathy has been with us since opening (a little over three years now) and is one of the most consistent, hard working people I know. She shows up everyday with a positive attitude, always willing to try new things, and never lets a challenge get her down. She recently got her first full wall walk and yesterday she kicked up to the wall unassisted for the first time! 💪

Her progress over the last three years has been such an incredible journey to watch and we are all so proud of you Kathy Poulin - the 4:30pm crew is so lucky to have you!!

Muscle Up Club for Jameson Carey 🥳

Okay this story is cool.
Jameson told me a few months ago - I think I can do a Bar Muscle Up do you think I can?
I told him “no” 😅 NOT YET!
I told him to work on his kipping positions and to focus on his toes to bar.
This man stayed after every class and did sets of toes to bar and pull-ups. Asking questions, looking for feedback, and taking the feedback with grace!
Eventually we said okay it’s time to try.
Day 1 of attempts he took feedback well and was able to start to feel how close he was.
Day 2 failed a few times - listened as people gave him tips and ques - and then put it all together and preformed 3 BMUs after class.
Just a true testament of hard work paying off and we love to see it. 😈
