Did you know that CrossFit was meant to be done in a small group or class format?
Sadly, the way most people exercise is with minimal instruction: you get 1 or 2 personal training sessions when you join the gym; or you have a friend teach you; or -- possibly the least effective, but maybe most common way -- you watch a few YouTube videos.
At Bay Bridge Fitness and Nutrition, you'll be lead by a coach who will guide you through a warm-up, review of technique, practice, strength or skill work, and then a short duration/high intensity workout.
