Our structured and guided program combines strength, conditioning, and expert coaching to help you get better results. Every session is led by hands-on coaches who guide, motivate, and support you every step of the way. Whether you’re just getting started or have years of training experience, BFT is beginner-friendly and scalable for all fitness levels.
MONDAY – HYPER
High-volume hypertrophy training focused on building muscle, improving stability, and challenging strength through a variety of unilateral and functional movement patterns.
TUESDAY – PODIUM (NEW BFT SESSION)
An exclusive BFT team-based hybrid training session that combines strength, conditioning, strategy, and friendly competition. Get stronger, challenge yourself, and have more fun than ever.
WEDNESDAY – STRENGTH
Focus on compound lifts and progressive overload to build lean muscle, improve movement quality, and develop total-body strength.
THURSDAY – CARDIO U
A structured cardio session using personalized heart rate zones to improve endurance, recovery, pacing, and overall fitness.
FRIDAY – BALANCED
A full-body workout designed to improve mobility, stability, strength, and movement efficiency through a combination of unilateral and functional movement patterns.
SATURDAY – H.I.R.T.
High-Intensity Resistance Training that combines EMOM, AMRAP, and AFAP formats to challenge strength, conditioning, and work capacity in one dynamic session.
SUNDAY – COACH’S CHOICE
A coach-led session tailored to what the group needs most on the day.
