Taught in person by Denis Vasilev, 11-time Kettlebell Sport World Champion, this course covers double kettlebell techniques, training organization, programming, competition rules, SPP, technical analysis, and error correction.
Go beyond performing the lifts.
 Learn how to coach kettlebell sport for general fitness development and competition preparation.

Level 2 is designed for athletes and instructors who already possess foundational kettlebell sport skills and are ready to take the next step.

Topics include:

• Double Kettlebell Technique
• Competition Rules & Regulations
• Strategic Planning & Workout Programming
• Specialized Physical Preparation (SPP)
• Video Analysis & Error Correction
• Coaching Development

Upon successful completion, participants will be eligible to coach beginner and intermediate athletes and teach the IKO Level 1 Certification Course.

2x28kg in 5 minutes.
Pace (reps per minute): 12,12,12,12,14reps

That’s my best 5min set yet.
Past sets I’ve used to start with 10rpm and building up towards the end.
Flat 12rpm with 14reps for the last minute is a big upgrade in performance confidence.
Happy about that !

Goal was to stay at 12rpm, I’m happy about 13 and 14 for the last min of the last two sets.

DHS is absolutely awesome!
I’m enjoying the movement so much .
