73reps LONG CYCLE 2x26kg in 5min
Pace: 14,14,15,14,16rep
Very happy about 15reps on the 3rd and 16reps at the last minute.
That gives me chance to pull out 14rpm for the 7min set in about 2weeks.
Even 26kg is a half way to 28kg, they feel more like 24kg which is very nice !
I like how my son was trying to do some lifting and keep up with me. One day he will succeed!
Odd weights is an interesting challenge!
