What are you doing this Saturday, April 27th? 💜

Join me as I officially warm up all the striders, walkers, joggers or runners and movers for the PurpleStride in San Francisco! This will be my third year getting all the striders ready and am glad they asked me back to do it again and am extra excited to help continue to raise awareness for Pancreatic Cancer. Where? 🌉 We’ll meet at the Marina Green overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge

Hey Friends! ✨ I’ll be teaching a free dance choreography class tonight on zoom from 6:45p-7:30p PST for the 20-day reset challenge.

This will be a beginners class and perfect for all levels as we dance to Bruno Mars’ “That’s What I Like.”👍🏾

Please bring your yoga mat and blanket if you tend to get cold. Mats are available onsite to use if needed. We also welcome you to bring a bolster or pillow as we will be on the floor.

It is suggested that you bring anything that will help you be comfortable for an extended time sitting/laying on the floor.

Happy • 🧘‍♀️ Sometimes you gotta practice for yourself and no one else. 🙏🏾 My version of the crow pose has taken a lot of practice AND a lot of falls, but I get back up and keep trying. 🙌🏾

I’ve practiced more yoga during the last year than I ever have in my life. Working my way to becoming a 200+ hours instructor takes a lot of time and commitment, but I’m dedicated and here for it.

My appreciation for the practice has grown so much and has helped me get through this unpredictable year. I’ve come to love it more and more everyday and the calm it brings to my sometimes hectic schedule. Today I taught two yoga classes and am thankful that I can share with others the same joy it brings to me. 🙏🏾
