I offer 1on1 training and small group classes, strength and conditioning for teams, club sports, and more. I focus on functional fitness techniques using plyometrics, TRX, agility, body weight, kettlebells, med balls, fitness balls, stretch bands, functional training, and so much more that will help you gain the strength and balance to live the life you dreamed of .
