Great tips for meal prep. I think I am going to have to try Autumn's way since I have had a habit of making everything at once.
Love what she had to say. Cook the protein ahead to last you the next few days so that they are there and ready to go. Keep the rest of your sides (veggies, fruits, carbs, etc.) on hand. Why? because cutting into the veggies, eliminates some of the nutrients so you want those to be as fresh as possible.
