This weekend is one we will never forget. ❤️🏁

The 2026 LCRC Presents: The Mugen Challenge brought a total of 471 entries. That number is incredible, but what means even more to us are the amazing people behind every one of those entries. We are incredibly grateful that you chose to spend your weekend with us.

We are incredibly proud of the great sportsmanship we witnessed throughout the event. For the racers helping racers, and for all of those who support and stand behind the participants competing.

We are so grateful to Mugen Seiki Racing, Flash Point R/C, JConcepts Inc, and 46RC for their endless support of the event. Our partnership over the years has become a priceless friendship.

We look forward to seeing you all again at the The Cancer Race next month!

Racing will begin at 8:00 am, beginning with main #11 to be marshaled by main #10 whom finished last night. 🏁

🔵Race Day: Heats - SATURDAY — August 22nd, 2026

Late Comer Practice: 5 AM – 6:30 AM
Sign-Up: 5:30 AM – 6:30 AM
Drivers Meeting: 6:45 AM
Racing Starts: Immediately following Drivers Meeting
*Qualifying to be completed by 11 pm

Late Comer Practice will only be for racers who did not practice on Thursday or Friday and will run from 5:00am - 6:30am. The mandatory Drivers Meeting will be held at 6:45 am, with racing directly following. Racers in the 1/8 Novice Class and the 1/10 Scale Class are generally first, and should come to the drivers meeting prepared to race. We plan to be done qualifying by 11 pm.

Harry Leach will be on site providing food throughout the day, with Olivia's, Mission Pizza, and Que by Du providing food in the evening!
