The Way is a practical self defense system that gives you the tools and training to defend yourself and your loved ones in situations where your lives are on the line.

The Way uses technique linking and adrenaline dumping to turn the fear of a fight or flight situation into decisive offensive power. It is effective with all body types as it uses centerline, collision, and weight transfer to deliver maximum damage to an attacker.
