Concessions will be available! Hot ham and cheese on homemade buns, hot dogs, water, chips, cookies, and bars. Thanks Cathy and Livia!

Exhibitions are $5/each. $10 will get you 2 exhibitions and $15 will get you 3. We will have a firm cap of 15 exhibitions so that we can get started on time. Even if you are not entering the actual barrel race, the online form is the only way to reserve your exhibitions/riding sessions. I will do my best to shut off the exhibition option on the form once we hit 15, but if we go past that I'll text you to see if you'd prefer an open riding session.

IF YOU RESERVE OPEN RIDING OR EXHIBITIONS VIA THE ONLINE FORM YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR THEM.

This applies even if you are running late and miss your slot. These consistently sell out and all the money from them goes toward awards. If you're running late, you're welcome to arrange with another contestant to sell the time slot or exhibitions to them. You are responsible for the arrangements and payment, just let me know.

EXHIBITIONS ARE SOLD OUT

ABSOLUTELY NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED VIA FACEBOOK OR TEXT. The online form will be available until 5:00 the day of the run. On site entries will be accepted until the first run of each class. Any entries received after 6:30 pm will be put at the end of the draw in the order they are received. Please plan accordingly if you are running multiple horses!

If you enter online, you will receive an email from Google Forms with the information you put into the form. Please, please check your email and your junk mail before asking me if you have exhibitions or what time slot you're in. If you can't find it, I'm happy to help but if I can focus on getting things set up and entries in the computer it makes it much easier to get started on time.

There will be 3 15 minute open riding sessions limited to 10 riders/session from 5:30-6:15. We will sell up to 15 exhibitions to go from 6:15-6:30. We'll do a big arena drag and start the night off with POLES no earlier than 6:45, followed by Peewees, Open 1, Youth 1, Open 2, Youth 2.

Reminder that you must work at least one volunteer shift throughout the series and be a paid member to be eligible for series awards. For every additional shift you work, your name will be put in a drawing for a prize at the end of the series!

Not making the official call yet, but looking promising as of now! This is around 9:00 Wednesday evening. Ron left the arena packed after leveling it recently and that's been helping the water shed off.
