This weekend we promoted FOUR new black belts at Spartan.

People see the belt, but they don’t see the early mornings, hard rounds, family sacrifices, injuries, doubts, and years of staying committed.

Joe, Mike, Becky and Peter earned every inch of that belt.

One of the greatest parts of Jiu Jitsu is watching people grow over years — not just as grapplers, but as leaders, coaches, and teammates.

Very thankful for this team and the culture being built here. .

Congratulations, black belts. Well deserved. 🥋

2026 is already shaping up to be an amazing year.
Team Spartan continues to grow — our kids program, adult program, and MMA team are all building momentum.

We had two fighters on the last fight card and went 2–0. With the next card coming up, we may have even more stepping in. We also have athletes competing in different tournaments all over.

I’m incredibly grateful for the support from so many people. Running a small business truly takes a team, and I couldn’t do this without all of you.
