8 years of 1OAK! 💚

Eight years ago, all we had was a dream and a whole lot of prayers. We had no idea exactly what it would become, how much we would learn along the way, or how many incredible people would eventually become part of it.

There have been really amazing seasons and really hard ones, oh, and throw a pandemic in there. 😉 There have been long days, late nights, sacrifices, growing pains, changes, lessons, and plenty of moments where owning a small business was anything but easy. But through all of it, this community has continued to show up for us. And that is something we will NEVER take for granted.

1OAK has become so much more than a gym to us. It’s the people who have been here since the beginning. It’s the members who walked through our doors for the first time last week. It’s friendships, families, employees, trainers, classes, conversations at the front desk, goals reached, lives changed, and eight years of memories inside these walls.

To every person who has ever supported us, taken a class, trained with us, worked for us, recommended us to a friend, shared one of our posts, prayed for us, given us grace, or simply cheered us on, thank you 🥹

Supporting a locally owned, small business means more than anyone will ever know. You have supported our family, believed in something we built, and allowed us to continue doing this for eight years.

We’re incredibly grateful to still be standing here together, holding this giant 8! 💚
