☀️ Keep your kids active, confident, and having fun this summer!
Our Summer Youth Fitness Program (1st–4th Grade) is designed to help kids build healthy habits, learn movement skills, make friends, and discover that exercise can be something they genuinely enjoy.

🕙 Mondays & Fridays | 10:45–11:45 AM
👟 Led by Coach Ashley Majors and team
One of the things that makes this program so special is our station-based format. We can separate kids into small groups and tailor exercises, reps, and challenges based on their age, ability, and experience level. This allows every child to be appropriately challenged while still having fun and feeling successful.
Sessions includes:
✅ Fun exercise stations
✅ Games and challenges
✅ Team-based activities
✅ Age-appropriate strength & conditioning
✅ Confidence-building opportunities
Most importantly, we create a positive, encouraging environment where kids feel supported, included, and excited to come back.
