Best of luck to our Varsity Football team as they host Amundsen in the Opening Round of the 2026 IHSA Football Playoffs. The gates at John A. Fischer Field open at 12:00 PM. Kickoff will occur at 1:00 PM.

This past Thursday we celebrated our Marching Band Class of 2027! On this evening we recognized and celebrated Eamon Altott, Edison Balogh, Isabel Bathje, Emma Beres, Manuel Brisbois, Joseph Buczkiewicz, Madeleine Calvillo, Lillian Carr, Marcus Castillo, Giovanni Catalano-Gajdosz, Luke Cordin, Olivia Daly, Christina Legutki, Hannah Lenhart, Ezekiel Little, Grace Mamolella, Alaina Marino, Milo Palafox, Ryan Quinney, Samson Kirchwehm, Alison Sanchez-Anguiano, Dekan Seelbach, Hendrix Solis, Peter Spaeth, Megan Usry, Kaye Valencia, Gwendolyn Valle, Daniel Van D**e, Cyan Waltz, Max Webster, Bart Wisniowski, Henry Wolf, William Wyman, & Bethany Yurich!

Here is the Willowbrook Athletics Schedule Showcase! Highlighting the contests and special events that we have occurring both on campus & offsite for the week of 10/19/2026!

1) Best of luck to our Girls Swim team as they travel to East Leyden on Friday, October 23, 2026 to compete in the West Suburban Conference Gold Championships starting at 5:30 PM.

1) Best of luck to our Varsity Boys and Varsity Girls Cross Country teams as they travel to Naperville North to compete in the IHSA Regional Championship on Saturday, October 24, 2026

2) Best of luck to our Varsity Football team as they host Amundsen in the IHSA Playoff Opening Round on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at John A. Fischer Field (1:00 PM kickoff).

1. Girls Volleyball Senior Night on Tuesday (10/20) at 5:30 PM in the Main Gym celebrating Anna Kingsbury, Lily Rich, Maggie Hurley, Matea Mockler, Melanie Marinier, and Tess Doyle.

Here are the highlights from the final day of the 3rd Annual IHSA Girls Flag Football State Finals hosted by Willowbrook High School! Congratulations to St. Charles North on being crowned State Champions and Prospect for their 2nd Place Finish!

It has been our distinct honor and privilege to host the IHSA Flag Football State Finals for the past three years. We take immense pride in providing a first-class experience that creates lifelong memories for all participants, coaches, and spectators.

An event of this magnitude would not be possible without the amazing efforts of our event workers, buildings & grounds staff, and Athletic Boosters—as well as the unwavering support of our building administration, district administration, and Board of Education.

We have loved working alongside Chris Schwarz, Tracie Henry, Matt Troha, Jeremy Hardman, Laurie Jordan, Craig Anderson, and everyone at the IHSA who creates extraordinary experiences for student-athletes. In addition, we greatly appreciate our partnership with Fred Weintraub and his phenomenal crew at WCIU, who work tirelessly and meticulously to showcase these student-athletes and elevate the sport.

A special thank-you goes to Gus Silva of the Chicago Bears and Juliana Zavala for their advocacy and vision in bringing Girls Flag Football to Illinois over five years ago. Without them, these last three years would not have been possible.

Thank you to everyone who visited our beautiful campus this past weekend. We look forward to seeing you at The Brook again soon!
