We teach basic to advanced level classes that focus on functional exercise, metabolic conditioning, kettlebell training, Olympic weightlifting, power lifting, gymnastics, rowing, running and jumping. Our members come from all walks of life—they are students, athletes, small business owners, stay-at-home moms, schoolteachers, nurses, policemen, military and others. Our workouts are designed to opti

mize physical competence in each of 10 recognized fitness domains, which are: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. We also ensure that you train all 3 metabolic engines that fuel human action. We want you to be able to handle anything life throws at you. Less than 2 weeks until the open!! Are you signed up?

The CrossFit Open starts Feb. 24 and there is something for everyone.

Regardless of fitness level or ability, you can participate in the biggest fitness competition in history. Each week of the Open, choose from three variations of the released workout (Rx’d, Scaled, or Foundations).

You can finish the Open with any combinations of those variations based on your ability. The scaled or foundations version might be in your wheelhouse one week, while the Rx’d version might be a good workout to try the next.

Now is a great time to talk to your coach and make a plan for the Open. It all starts here.
